In the South Shore plan it seems like Grove Farm is being favored over other land owners because their property will go from agriculture to 1100 homes and other up zoning . The value of their land will rise substantially. It would only make sense that these should be given to any landowner that applies to build workforce housing over the timeframe covered by this plan. Did the selection of the Grove Farm property have anything to do with the fact that Arryl Kaneshiro was on the committee? There appears to be an ethical conflict of interest.
